Our Approach
Knowing the right questions to ask is the key to finding the right answers. The Kulkarni Turner Process involves three well-structured, on-site facilitation sessions where Ravi and Lynn ask tough questions, listen intently to your answers and guide your conversations and thought processes to help you broaden your thinking, explore opportunities, and overcome obstacles.

Session 1: Identifying where you are and where your industry is; defining what business you are in and what business you will be in; creating a picture ofwhat the business and the industry will look like 2-3-5 years from now by placing you in the future and having you look back at today.

Session 2: Identifying your core strengths, values, and weaknesses, as well as your organization's culture; discussing important components ofyour business model; and setting realistic and practical expectations and goals for where your business and organization would like to be 2-3-5 years from now.

Session 3: Assessing the gap between where you are now and where you want to be 2-3-5 years from now, and developing a strategy and action plans to get there. This balanced approach incorporates support structure, skills development, organizational development, cash flow and financial commitment. It also assesses your need to take risk vs. manage risk.
