Our Approach

Identifying Your Stage of Business

In order to ensure profitable growth, it is important for businesses to understand their stage of development.  Utilizing a five-stage framework (from HBR's May 1983 Issue by Neil C. Churchill and Virginia L. Lewis) helps determine the approach for profitiable growth.  The five stages are existence, survival, success (with sub-stages of disengagement and growth), take-off and resource maturity.  Each stage has an index of size, diversity, and complexity that must be considered.

Addressing the Pace of Change

In today's environment, change is the only contstant.  No matter in what form - technology, demographics, social behavior, law, globalization - change can disrupt your business without much warning.  In the past, a period of stability followed change allowing businesses to regroup and recover from the impact of disruption.  But those days are gone!  There is no time to react and respond.  Today, it is necessary to anticipate and act or better yet to innovate and lead!

To do that successfully, your business model must be dynamic and able to address change NOW in order to manage risks against lost opportunities and explore new prospects.

But finding the time and energy to address these changes and prepare your organization for future growth can be challenging.  Learn more about Clear Vision Alliance's services and how they can help
